In Wirecard AG v. Telepathy Inc., Development Services, D2015-0703 (WIPO, 2015), a three-member panel denied the complaint over boon.com and found reverse domain name hijacking. The domain was registered in October 1998 and Wirecard filed its BOON EU trade mark in April 2014, 16 years later, so bad faith registration was impossible.
