Bulgaria trademark registration
A Bulgarian national trademark costs €435 all in for up to three classes, including the €190 Patent Office fee. It is filed at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and protects your mark in Bulgaria only.
When a national filing makes sense
When you trade in Bulgaria and nowhere else. At €435 for three classes against €1,950 for the same coverage across the EU, the national route is a quarter of the price.
It stops making sense as soon as you sell across borders. A Bulgarian mark gives you no rights in Germany, Spain or anywhere else, and an EU trademark covering all 27 member states becomes far better value per country.
Filing nationally first and adding an EU mark later is possible, and the national registration can be used as the basis for claiming seniority.

EU funding covers this too
The EUIPO SME Fund reimburses 75% of official fees at national as well as EU level. For a Bulgarian filing that returns €143 of the €190 office fee, bringing the total to about €295.
The voucher must be granted before you file. How the SME Fund works.
