What is a well-known mark under the UDRP?
Adding a generic word like 'store' or a description does not save a domain that copies a mark panels have found well known. Chanel (D2000-0413), Nokia (D2000-0102) and Guinness (D2000-1698), all WIPO, 2000, were each found well known and had confusingly similar domains transferred despite the extra wording.
