Typosquatting
What is typosquatting under the UDRP?
Registering a deliberate misspelling of a trademark, such as a missing or doubled letter, counts as strong evidence of bad faith on its own. Panels in Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc. v. John Zuccarini, D2000-0330, and Arthur Guinness Son & Co. v. Dejan Macesic, D2000-1698 (both WIPO, 2000), transferred domains on exactly this pattern, without needing further proof of intent.
