Complainant

Who is the complainant in a UDRP case?

Winning a UDRP case means proving three things under paragraph 4(a) of the policy: the domain is identical or confusingly similar to your mark, the registrant has no rights or legitimate interests in it, and it was registered and used in bad faith. The party who has to prove all three is called the complainant.
